Covid-19 Update

 

 

We hope this finds you and your family safe and well. Our hearts go out to those feeling unwell and to the amazing NHS staff looking after them.

We want to reassure you that we are taking all the recommended precautions to protect our staff and customers. This is our most important priority and we will be keeping up to date with further developments.

We have made some changes to our set up so we can continue to make and deliver our jewellery to you.

 

Online shop

As always you can continue shopping online.
As a gesture to express our appreciation of the  support they are providing isolated older people we will be donating 10% of all online sales to Age UK

Remote orders

We have been helping our international clients with remote commissions and re-modelling orders for many years. These ways of working have become our standard now that social distancing has become necessary.

Bespoke commissions 

We are available as always to discuss bespoke commissions. We can arrange video or telephone consultations. This is usually supported with emails of drawn design options and photographs of gemstones or metal colour options where relevant.

Re-modelling

We continue to be available to discuss re-modelling your existing unworn jewellery pieces. We are able to receive jewellery by post for these commissions and can advise about insured delivery options.

Re-sizing

We have sizing kits for customers that would like to have a ring re-sized, these are being posted out as requested.

Collection of finished pieces

We are offering free insured delivery of all orders.

Showroom

Our central London showroom is temporally closed.
