Moonstone

The moonstone is a stone of tenderness, with its gentle, translucent sheen.
Steeped in legend, some tell of it being formed from the rays of the moon; others claim the future can be seen in its surface during a waning moon- or that it is a propitious stone for lovers with the power to make the wearer faithful.

Like a pearl, it is also the birthstone for June and celebrates new beginnings.
