UK Delivery is free and fully insured. We use next day Royal Mail Special Delivery. Your parcel will require a signature on receipt.

International shipping is fully insured and handled by FedEx, delivery times and costs vary and we are happy to provide more details on request.

Certain designs need to be made to size, for example eternity bands. The lead time for made to order is 4-6 weeks from receipt of deposit. Please note that this is different to bespoke and custom commissions, which may take longer.

Yes, we do offer a bespoke design service. This allows you to make alterations to our existing designs to better suit you.

During the course of a bespoke commission, you can expect a number of 1-1 consultations with Maya at her London studio.

The first consultation is to meet and discuss the scope of the project, to review materials and talk through design possibilities.

Some projects will then require a second meeting to finalise stone selection and other design details.

Bespoke commissions start at £2000 and we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Please contact us to discuss further.

We are happy to discuss remodelling your existing jewellery pieces which may include reusing stones and/or precious metal.

Remodelled jewellery prices start at £1500 and we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Please contact us to discuss further.

We do our best to help you order your ring in the correct size. However, to allow for surprise gifts and slight discrepancies we offer a complimentary re-size with all ring sales. Subsequent re-sizes may incur a fee.  

Yes, however refunds are only offered for stock items, which are returned within 14 days of purchase. Please notify us by contacting info@mayaselway.com.

Customers may also choose to exchange for another piece of jewellery or request a credit note. All products being returned must be carefully repacked in their original packaging and be in an unworn and saleable condition.

We are unable to offer refunds for bespoke commissions.

Refunds are also offered for items that are faulty. If you receive
an item that you believe is faulty please email us within 7 days of receipt quoting your name, address and details of the fault. We will then advise you on how to proceed.

It is important to us that our work has the least negative environmental and social impact possible, to do the right thing in terms of people, profit and the planet. To meet this desire, we are constantly exploring and weighing up the available options.

We have always been and will always be transparent about our
material sourcing and we are always interested to hear your opinions. If you would like to explore an option we haven’t yet tried please do get in touch.

Our preference is to work in 18ct yellow gold. Through Maya's extensive experience and knowledge, she has come to feel that in the majority of cases this to be the best choice of material.

However, if you have a strong preference for another metal, we are more than happy to discuss this.

All jewellery arrives in a luxurious grey velvet box and gifts can be wrapped and labelled with a personalised note. You can add details for this to your order at checkout.

If you are having your gift delivered directly to the recipient, please leave a note at checkout and we will remove any order information and receipts.

Gift cards are available in denominations of £50, £100 and £500 and can be redeemed either
online or in person.
