Yes, we do offer a Bespoke design service. This allows you to be involved in creating a unique jewellery piece with Maya.

During the course of a bespoke commission, you can expect a number of 1-1 consultations with Maya at her London studio or via video.

The first consultation is to meet and discuss the scope of the project, to review materials and talk through design possibilities.

Some projects will then require a second meeting to finalise stone selection and other design details.

Bespoke commissions start at £2000, please contact us to discuss further.

We are happy to discuss Remodelling your existing jewellery pieces which may include reusing stones and/or precious metal.

Remodelled jewellery prices start at £1500, please contact us to discuss further.

We do our best to help you order your ring in the correct size. However, to allow for surprise gifts and slight discrepancies we offer a complimentary re-size with all ring sales. Subsequent re-sizes may incur a fee.  

Yes, however refunds are only offered for stock items, which are returned within 14 days of purchase. Please notify us by contacting info@mayaselway.com.

Customers may also choose to exchange for another piece of jewellery or request a credit note. All products being returned must be carefully repacked in their original packaging and be in an unworn and saleable condition.

We are not able to offer refunds for bespoke commissions. The customer retains the right to cancel a bespoke commission at any point but material and production costs incurred will be payable.

Refunds are only offered for items that are faulty. If you receive an item that you believe is faulty please email us within 7 days of receipt quoting your name, address and details of the fault. We will then advise you on how to proceed.

It is important to us that our work has the least negative environmental and social impact possible, to do the right thing in terms of people, profit and the planet. To meet this desire, we are constantly exploring and weighing up the available options.

Yes, Maya’s existing collections can be Customised with your choice of precious metals or gemstones. This offers a fun way to create something uniquely yours. 

All jewellery arrives in a luxurious box and gifts can be wrapped and labelled with a personalised note. You can add details for this to your order at checkout.

If you are having your gift delivered directly to the recipient, please leave a note at checkout and we will remove any order information and receipts.

Gift cards are available in denominations of £50, £100 and £500 and can be redeemed either online or in person.

Some of our diamonds and precious stone come with certification, this will be indicated in the item description. Please contact us to discuss if you have a specific requirement for this.
